As a Sophomore in 2009: Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's
Academic Honor Roll selection. Started 15 of 16
games in sophomore year. Collected 20 goals and dished out 15
assists for 35 points on the year. Netted three goals
against Rollins (3/20). Scored two goals and dished out two
assists against Bentley (3/24) and in 17-14 win at Keene
(3/30). Recorded three goals and dished out assist
against Southern New Hampshire (4/7). Netted three goals
in 18-12 win at Norwich (4/13).
2009 Statistics
As a Freshman in
2008: Started 14 games in her first season with the
Ravens, scoring eight goals and adding three assists for 11 points.
Scored the first goal of her career and added an assist against
Keene State (4/2), and scored once in each of the next three games
as well. Tallied a season-high three goals in the season finale
against Assumption (4/26).

Before Franklin
Pierce: A 2007 graduate of South Burlington High School.
Played field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse at South Burlington.
Captained the ice hockey team as a senior. Won two state
championships in field hockey and one in lacrosse. Named field
hockey offensive MVP as a senior and was a second-team
All-Conference selection in field hockey and lacrosse.
Personal: Daughter of Larry and Kim Moirano of South
Burlington, Vt. Has a sister, Lexi. Her favorite sports team
is the Boston Red Sox. Plans to major in Marketing at Franklin
Pierce.
