RINDGE, N.H. (March 28, 2017) – For the fourth time this season, the Franklin Pierce University women's golf program swept the Northeast-10 Conference weekly golf awards on Tuesday as sophomore Sarah Daley (Beverly, Mass.) was named the Golfer of the Week and teammate Zoe Yamamoto (Honolulu, Hawaii) was selected as the Rookie of the Week.

Daley's selection was the first time she was chosen this year as the Golfer of the Week while Yamamoto's rookie nod was the fifth time this season she was awarded top rookie honors

Daley led the Ravens to a second place finish at the Battle at the Bay this past Sunday and Monday. She recorded her highest finish of the season on Monday as she placed second with a 159 (+17) showing. Daley took one stroke off her day one score, had three birdies on her scorecard along with 14 pars and finished only one stroke behind the medalist.

Yamamoto jumped a few spots to tie for fourth place as she knocked off two strokes off her day one score at 162 (+20). It's the second straight week she's been honored by the league with this award.

The Ravens return to the links in two weeks when they travel to West Chester, Pa. for the Dr. Edwin Cottrell Invitational at the Penn Oaks Golf Club.
