ERIE, Pa. (September 14, 2015) – Sophomore Camden Morrison (Millis, Mass.) had herself a solid finish after a solid first day on the links, carding a second-day total of 78 (+6) to place second overall leading the Franklin Pierce University Women's Golf team to an eighth place finish at the Michael Corbett Classic.

Finishing just in front of Morrison was Kasey Frazier from Wheeling Jesuit University, as she shot a 71 (-1) to back up a first-day 75 to win by four strokes. Teamwise, Frazier's Wheeling Jesuit finished second overall to Millersville University, who led after both days to take the championship.

For Franklin Pierce behind Morrison was sophomore Anna Haynes (Hopedale, Mass.) as she shot an 84 (+12) for the second consecutive day, finishing in a tie for 30th. Freshman Sarah Daley (Beverly, Mass.) also went back-to-back like Haynes, shooting an 88 (+16) on consecutive days, finishing in a tie for 47^th. Sophomore Taylor Schmidt (West Springfield, Mass.) improved her previous day score by two strokes, carding an 88 (+16), while freshman Shannon Slater (Stafford Springs, Conn.) shot an 100 (+28) to round out the Ravens action for the weekend.

The Ravens return to the course on Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20 when they travel to Lake Sunapee Country Club in New London, N.H. to participate in the Penman Invitational hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.
