Bio

Jalen Scott-Jones enters his first season as an assistant coach for both bowling programs here at Franklin Pierce University. A native of East Providence, R.I., Scott-Jones comes to Rindge after graduating from Webber International University in May 2017 with a bachelor's of science in business administration concentrating in sport business management.

In Florida, Scott-Jones was a starter and member of the #3 ranked varsity team in the country. He earned All-Tournament First Team honors at the Florida Seminole Classic while bowling 17 sanctioned 300 score games and 13 sanctioned 800 games over his collegiate career. While competing in college, Scott-Jones collected two tournament wins as well. He was named the New England Bowlers Association champion and the Rhode Island Masters champion.

Prior to his career as a Warrior, Scott-Jones attended Vincennes University in Vincennes, Ind. While attending Vincennes, Scott-Jones was a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Champion, the NJCAA Nationals MVP and a two-time NJCAA First Team All-American. Jalen graduated from Vincennes with an associate's degree in May of 2013 while majoring in bowling industry management and technology.
