As a Freshman (2016-17): East Coast Conference Second Team...Two-time ECC Rookie of the Week...National Tenpin Coaches Association Academic Individual Award...ECC Commissioner's Honor Roll...Was third on the team in total pinfall with 957 pins (191.4 average) during the final day of the Bud Whitman Invitational (10/16)...Had a team match scoring average of 192.8 with a high game of 202 to help the Ravens finish third at the Sacred Heart Bowl for the Cure (10/22)...Posted a 33rd place finish at the UMES Hawk Classic (11/20), finished with an average of 186.3 and a total pinfall of 2,701...On the first day of competition, she led her squad in baker average (19.86) and rolled a team high score of 234 in a 965-811 win over no. 23 nationally-ranked Norfolk during day two...Placed 38th with a total pinfall of 855 at the Hawk Flight Invitational (3/5)...Rolled a 18.82 average after day one of the ECC Championship (3/24)...Tallied 252 strikes and 318 spares over the course of the campaign.

Before Franklin Pierce: Krysta competed on the bowling team throughout her high school career at Lakeview...She was the MAC Blue Division III MVP three straight seasons, earned singles league championship honors two consecutive seasons and placed ninth in the state high school championship in 2016.
