Colton Ham enters his second season as an assistant coach with the men's and women's track & field and cross country programs at Franklin Pierce University in 2017-18.

A four-year member of both the cross country (bio) and track & field (bio) teams at Franklin Pierce, Ham capped his career by being named the University's Walter Peterson Male Senior Student-Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2015-16. During his cross country career, Ham twice represented the Ravens in the NCAA Championship, as a sophomore in 2013 (when he finished 112th), and again as a senior in 2015 (53rd). As a senior in 2016, he claimed the Northeast-10 Conference title in the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season.

Originally from Webster, N.H., Ham graduated from Franklin Pierce in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in sports and recreation management. He is pursuing his master's degree from the University as well.
