Parking Map - Limited spectator parking will be available at the Audubon Golf Course for $5.00 per car. Free parking will be available at the Par 3 Golf Course across the street from race site and on local side streets. Spectators should take care walking to race site.

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Course available for practice.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Packets available for pick-up at course
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Packet pick-up & race declaration at Hyatt Place Buffalo Amherst
5:30 PM: Mandatory coaches meeting at Hyatt Place Buffalo Amherst
Saturday, November 4
8:00 AM: Course opens to competitors.
Please call head coach Paul Lagno at (845) 249-6220 for frost warning and/or severe weather updates on race day, if necessary.
Women's 6,000-Meter Championship Race
10:40 AM: Competitors called to the start line (approximately 20 minutes until start).
10:44 AM: National Anthem.
10:50 AM: Second call to the start line (approximately 10 minutes until start).
10:55 AM: Start line is cleared of all non-competitors (approximately five minutes until start).
10:57 AM: Runners at the start line for instructions.
11:00 AM: Start of women's 6,000-meter championship race.
Men's 10,000-Meter Championship Race
11:55 AM: Competitors called to the start line (approximately 20 minutes until start).
12:05 PM: Second call to the start line (approximately 10 minutes until start).
12:10 PM: Start line is cleared of all non-competitors (approximately five minutes until start).
12:12 PM: Runners at the start line for instructions.
12:15 PM: Start of men's 10,000-meter championship race.
Immediately following conclusion of men's race, top runners and teams will be recognized.
