NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. (September 21, 2013) – The Franklin Pierce University men’s cross country program had never won a race prior to the 2013 season, but on Saturday the Ravens made it three wins in as many events as they won the UMass Dartmouth Invitational in North Dartmouth, Mass.

The Ravens finished with a top team score of 52 points and finished ahead of Keene State, which placed second. Franklin Pierce also finished ahead of a pair of Northeast-10 foes in Assumption and Southern New Hampshire, while also beating an entry from Division I school Holy Cross. Twenty-eight teams overall competed in the race.
