Gisore finished 10th in the 1500 meters at the NCAA Championships.ALLENDALE, Mich. (May 24, 2014) – Junior Antoine Gisore (Concord, N.H.) capped the Franklin Pierce University men's track and field team's second campaign on Saturday evening, as he finished 10th in the 1500 meters at the NCAA Championships, hosted by Grand Valley State.
Gisore put together a time of 3:55.12 on Saturday, good for 10th of the 12 student-athletes who qualified for the final of the 1500 meters. The mark was just less than three seconds off Gisore's qualifying time from Thursday, which had ranked fifth among 20 participants.
In just its sophomore season as a program, the Ravens sent two members to the NCAA Championships to cap the 2014 outdoor season. They marked the first NCAA selections in program history.
