Smith (Concord, N.H.) all earned All-East Region honors in two events each from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, leading 10 total All-Region performances by the Franklin Pierce University men’s and women’s track and field teams, as announced Monday night by the USTFCCCA.

WESTFIELD, Mass. (May 10, 2014) – Junior Antoine Gisore (Concord, N.H.) and freshman Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) both earned All-New England honors on Saturday, to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team on the third and final day of the NEICAAA (New England) Championships, hosted by Westfield State. The duo combined for six points, which left Franklin Pierce 26th, of 38 scoring teams, with 12 points at the conclusion of the three-day meet.

WESTFIELD, Mass. (May 9, 2014) – Freshmen Cory Cataldo (Tewksbury, Mass.) and B.J. Smith (Concord, N.H.) both earned All-New England honors on Friday afternoon, to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team on the first day of the NEICAAA (New England) Championships, hosted by Westfield State. The duo combined for six points, which left Franklin Pierce tied for 15th, out of 25 teams which earned points, through two days at the three-day meet.

(May 3, 2014) – Freshman Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) claimed the title in the 800 meters on Saturday, to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team on the second and final day of the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, hosted by Stonehill at W.B. Mason Stadium. In all, the Ravens collected 91.5 points over the weekend to finish fourth out of 10 teams.

Smith (Concord, N.H.) won the 10,000 meters, while the 4x800-meter relay team added a win as well on Friday, to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, hosted by Stonehill at W.B. Mason Stadium. Through the first day of the two-day event, the Ravens have collected 48 points and are tied for third out of 10 teams.

It was one of three wins for the Ravens on Sunday afternoon, as well as one of two in field events.

(April 26, 2014) – The Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team’s 4x400-meter relay squad ran its fastest time of 2013-14 on Friday to highlight the program’s participation in the prestigious Penn Relays, the oldest and largest track and field meet in the country. In addition, sophomore Colton Ham (Webster, N.H.) ran his fastest time of the season in the 3000-meter steeplechase on Thursday.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (April 21, 2014) – Junior Antoine Gisore (Concord, N.H.) won the 1500 meters and freshman B.J. Smith (Concord, N.H.) won the 5000 meters on Saturday afternoon, to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team at the Sean Collier Invitational, hosted by Massachusetts Institute of Technology. (April 5, 2014) – Freshman Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) ran a 1:55.98 to win the 800 meters on Saturday for the Franklin Pierce University men’s track and field team at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, hosted by American International. The event victory garnered 10 points for the Ravens, who finished ninth in the 20-team meet, with 31.5 points.
