SNHU took wins at all three doubles matches to open the day. The most competitive of the three came at third doubles, where junior James Bisazza (West Barnstable, Mass.) and sophomore Matthew Toombs (Pleasanton, Calif.) were doubled up by Penmen seniors Tiago Fernandes and Jeremy Reichmentahl, 8-4.

SNHU also collected wins in each of the six singles matches. Bisazza held his own at second singles, where he forced a tiebreaker after splitting the first two sets with senior Ricardo Marreiros. The SNHU senior ultimately prevailed with a 3-6, 6-1, 10-5 victory.

The Penmen surrendered only a combined seven games across the remaining five singles contests.

The Ravens return to the court on Thursday, April 12, when they travel to Holy Cross for a non-conference match in Worcester, Mass.
