Northeast-10 Tennis Weekly Report (PDF)

RINDGE, N.H. (September 19, 2016) – Sophomore James Bisazza (West Barnstable, Mass.) and freshman Yaval Barak (Zicron Ya'akov, Israel) have been named Northeast-10 Conference Player and Rookie of the Week for the week ending on Sept. 18, as announced on Monday afternoon by the Conference office.

The Ravens had just one match last week, a 7-2 win over Regis (Mass.) on Friday afternoon. Both Bisazza and Barak picked up a pair of wins on the day. The two teamed up for an 8-6 win at first doubles. Later, Bisazza notched a 6-3, 6-0 win at first singles, while Barak posted a 6-2, 6-1 win at second singles.

On the young season, Bisazza is 2-0 at first singles, while Barak is 1-1 at second singles. The duo is 2-0 at first doubles.

The Ravens return to the court on Friday, Sept. 30, when they travel to NYIT in Old Westbury, N.Y., for the ITA Regional.
