Ravens Ranked Regionally for Second Consecutive Week

RINDGE, N.H. (October 12, 2016) – The Franklin Pierce University men's soccer team remained as the fourth overall team in the East Region during the week six edition of the 2016 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Regional Rankings released yesterday.

The Raven men also earned six votes in the NSCAA NCAA Division II Men National Poll, an increase of four votes from last week's poll.

The rankings were posted by the NSCAA on their official website.

LIU Post (9-0-1) hold the top spot in the regional rankings followed by Northeast-10 schools Adelphi (8-1-1) and Merrimack (9-2-0).

The Ravens (7-3, 5-3 NE-10) dropped a 2-1 decision last night at #11 nationally-ranked Adelphi. Freshman midfielder Noam Kolakofsky (Liman, Israel) tallied his second goal of the season in the conference setback.

The Ravens return to Sodexo Field on Saturday when they host #19 nationally-ranked Merrimack in a huge NE-10 duel at 7:00 p.m.
