All-Northeast-10 Conference Teams

RINDGE, N.H. (May 4, 2016) – The Franklin Pierce University men's lacrosse team had two players honored in the Northeast-10 Conference's end-of-the-season awards, as announced Wednesday afternoon by the Conference office. Sophomore midfielder Brad Chapdelaine (Goffstown, N.H.) was named to the All-Northeast-10 Second Team, while freshman midfielder Jake Castorf (Holbrook, N.Y.) was selected to the All-Rookie team.

The Ravens wrapped up their season with an overall record of 5-8 and went 4-7 in the Northeast-10.

Chapdelaine gets his second straight year-end honor from the Northeast-10, as he was named to the All-Rookie team as a freshman in 2015. He receives his Second-Team accolade for his performance on the field this season. He played in all 13 games for the Ravens this spring, and totaled two points off one goal and one assist. Defensively, he collected 30 ground balls and caused 12 turnovers.

Meanwhile, Castorf played in 11 games for the Ravens. He recorded 38 points in his first collegiate season with 24 goals and 14 assists. Defensively, he grabbed 12 ground balls and was able to cause four turnovers.
