Before Franklin Pierce: Was a three sport athlete at North Middlesex Regional competing for the lacrosse, football and basketball teams...During his senior season he was a captain for all three sports and made the all-star team for lacrosse and football.
Personal: Ryan is a business management major from Ashby, Mass....He is the son of Richard and Ann Marie MacDonald...Ryan has two siblings; Tyler and Makenzie.
