Men’s Golf tenth after day one of Bello Invitational

BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. (April 19, 2015) – The Franklin Pierce University Men's Golf team found itself on the wrong side of the scoreboard on Saturday, as the finished their round tenth out of twelve at the Mike Bello Spring Invitational hosted by LeMoyne University held at the Timber Banks Golf Club.

Junior Nick Adjutant (Rochester, N.H.) was the top Raven on the board with an 82, followed by freshman Tom Arisco (Cheshire, Conn.) who shot an 86. Charles Pennington (Heswall, England) finished third on the Ravens roster with an 87, followed by Chris Pasto (Newton, N.H.) who shot an 88. Rounding out the Ravens lineup was Hunter Byram (Coventry, Conn.), who finished with a 93 on the day.

St. Thomas Aquinas is the current team leader, with LeMoyne only one shot back. LeMoyne's John Clare and Southern New Hampshire's Jake Nutter are tied for first individually, as each one shot par with a 72 card on the day.

The Ravens return to action tomorrow for day two of the tournament, held at the Timber Banks Golf Club.
