Christine Levreault Named Head Athletic Trainer

RINDGE, N.H. (July 20, 2018) – Franklin Pierce University Director of Athletics Rachel Burleson has announced Christine Levreault has been promoted to Head Athletic Trainer, effective immediately. Levreault fills the role vacated by Cindy Arman, who retired at the end of the 2017-18 academic year, after more than 30 years in the position.

“I am honored to be chosen as the next Head Athletic Trainer at Franklin Pierce,” said Levreault. “I would like to thank the entire search committee for the opportunity, and I am excited for the journey ahead of me.”

Levreault is elevated to the head spot after 12 years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. In the role, she assisted with all aspects of the Athletic Training room’s operations. Specifically, Levreault has been responsible for Athletic Training scheduling, handling medical insurance claims and coordinating the collection of student-athlete medical paperwork. Most recently, she has served as the team athletic trainer for the men’s soccer, women’s ice hockey, baseball, men’s golf and women’s golf teams.

“I am happy to announce this well-earned promotion for Christine,” said Burleson. “Her familiarity with our operation will ease the transition and I look forward to seeing how she can help enhance our Athletic Training room.”

Prior to coming to Rindge in August of 2006, Levreault spent the 2004-05 and 2005-06 campaigns as a Graduate Assistant at Providence, where she worked with the Friars women's soccer and softball programs. Prior to that, she spent two years as a resident Athletic Trainer at Bryant from the fall of 2002 through the spring of 2004.

A 2002 graduate of Northeastern, Levreault collected her master’s in education with a focus on guidance and counseling from Providence in 2006.
