Bio

Nicole Ham enters her second year as Compliance Coordinator at Franklin Pierce University in 2018-19. She returns to the Athletic Department at her alma mater after one year as a graduate assistant with the University's Fitzwater Center. She will serve as the interim head coach of the women's lacrosse team for the 2019 season.

Under her maiden name of Nicole Dale, Ham was a four-year starter, who split time between attack and the midfield for Franklin Pierce's women's lacrosse program (bio). She now oversees all compliance operations for the Department of Athletics' 26 varsity intercollegiate sports. Ham also serves as one of the institution's representatives on the Northeast-10 Conference's Committee of Sports Administration (CSA).

As a student-athlete, Ham enjoyed her most successful season as a senior in 2016, when she piled up 33 points on 18 goals and 15 assists while starting in all 16 games. She collected 18 ground balls and caused six turnovers along the way. For her career, Ham -- who missed most of her sophomore campaign due to injury -- finished just four points shy of 100 (72-24-96). Among the program's all-time records, she still (through the 2017 season) ranks 14th in both points (96) and goals (72).

Originally from Ronkonkoma, N.Y., Ham is a two-time graduate from Franklin Pierce, with a bachelor's degree in business management in 2016 and a master's degree in leadership in 2018. In October of 2018, she was married to Colton Ham '16, who was previously a member of the cross country and track & field teams at the University.
